60 minutes design to get you to your goals. Group classes where we break down fitness fundamentals with a fun and exciting approach. Classes are separated into 3 parts; warm-up, activation and workout of the day(WOD). All while being guided by a trained professional an making sure movements and points of performance are maintained. Everyday is a WOD!
A 45 minute class designed for the person on the go. Maximize your window of time with a workout structured with high intensity bouts of effort and rest periods. A combination of free weights and body-weight movements, you don't need an hour to burn fat, build muscle, or get stronger, you just need to show up.
No goal is too big or too small. Your game plan for success might require a more precise approach than the average person's routine. Let us tailor a fitness plan to your goals and needs.
