Who belongs to Arrival Fitness?
Women and men with any level of fitness! You do not need to “get in shape” to try it. All fitness levels are welcome and we can’t wait to help, mentor, coach, and train with you.
Can I try before I commit?
Of course! We want you to try us out. We are confident we will exceed your expectations, reminding you of a time when fitness and exercise were fun in your life. Please follow this link to reserve a space in your first class!
What are the classes like?
At the beginning of class, the coach will demo and teach you the movements of the workout you will be doing that day. Then, the coach will lead you through the practice of the movements. Next, he/she will walk you through a warm up routine. Finally, you'll do the workout of the day under the careful attention of the coach. All these are done in a class environment; you'll never be on your own.
I haven’t worked out in a while, will I be able to do this?
Yes! If necessary, the coaches will scale the workout of the day (WOD) for you. Weights and reps can be tailored to your fitness level.
I am an experienced athlete visiting from another location. Can I come workout?
We welcome experienced athletes from all over. Our drop-in fee is $25 per person; just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or sign up for any available classes to reserve your spot.
Does Arrival Fitness have showers?
Yes! Both the women's and men's bathrooms are equipped with showers.
Do I need to bring anything?
Expect to sweat, so please wear appropriate workout gear. We have a water fountain, so be sure to bring your water bottle!
